Client appointment no call/no show/cancellations within less than 24 hours of appointment date booked by stylist will require a booking fee of $25.00. The fee charge will be assessed directly to the client 15 minutes after if the client has not contacted the stylist prior to the scheduled appointment time. This fee is to avoid any delay in luxury client services booked as well as accommodate for your personal stylist requested appointment time.
